Vadim is an attorney with the firm’s Real Estate Practice Team focusing his practice on commercial real estate matters , including big-box and shopping center retail, drafting, negotiating and analyzing commercial leasing, title review and drafting, negotiating and analyzing licenses, purchase and sale agreements, easements, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs), finance documents and other real estate contracts. Vadim works collaboratively with sellers, purchasers, landlords, and tenants on the various issues associated with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions, including land acquisition, utility, roadway, and other land development matters.
