Mr. Selogy will concentrate his practice in Real Estate working with investors, financial institutions, developers, builders, contractors, condominiums and civic associations, and others in the development, negotiation, and financing of complex real estate transactions, including multifamily housing, affordable housing, commercial and industrial properties, and senior housing, including working on necessary debt structures, public finance components, and economic development matters. He will focus on assisting with all aspects of investment, including raising capital, stock, and asset acquisitions, private placements, joint ventures, and public financing. He gained valuable experience as a judicial intern for United States District Court Judge Robin L. Rosenberg in the Southern District of Florida and through his participation in the firm's Summer Associate Program. Mr. Selogy is a recent graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and a candidate for the Florida Bar.
