Mr. Selogy focuses his practice on Real Estate. Specifically, working with investors, financial institutions, developers, builders, contractors, condominiums, civic associations, and others in the development, negotiation, and financing of complex real estate transactions. Mr. Selogy assists clients engaged in acquisition, disposition, and financing of multifamily, senior, and affordable housing as well as commercial and industrial properties.  Mr. Selogy advises clients on debt structures, public finance components, economic development matters, raising capital, private placements, joint ventures, and corporate structuring of transactions. 

Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Mr. Selogy was a judicial intern for United States District Court Judge Robin L. Rosenberg in the Southern District of Florida.
