Alexis V. Fretwell Joins Lippes Mathias as Associate in Buffalo Office

Lippes Mathias is pleased to announce that Alexis V. Fretwell has joined the firm as an associate in its Buffalo office. She focuses her practice on business and commercial litigation, handling contractual disputes, earn-out disputes, breach of fiduciary duty actions, and shareholder derivative actions. She also defends creditors and financial institutions against individual and class claims involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). 

Fretwell earned her J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2022 and her B.A. from Gettysburg College in 2015. She is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and the New York Women's Bar Association. She is also involved in the community and volunteers with the AKG Art Museum.
