Ms. Fretwell focuses her practice on business & commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, earn-out disputes, breach of fiduciary duty actions, and shareholder derivative actions. Additionally, she defends creditors and other financial institutions against individual and class claims, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
