Amy L. Reichhart, Lippes Mathias partner and leader of the firm’s Brownfield and Superfund Redevelopment Practice Team, presented at the 27th Annual Joint Environmental Seminar hosted by the Genesee Finger Lakes Chapter of the Air & Waste Management Association and the New York Water Environmental Association Genesee Valley Chapter. Reichhart’s presentation, which was featured in the seminar’s “waste track,” was titled NYSDEC Revisions to 6 NYCRR Part 375.

Reichhart, who is member of the Genesee Finger Lakes Chapter of the Air and Waste Management Association’s Board of Directors, focuses her practice on matters involving site investigation and remediation, brownfields redevelopment, environmental regulatory and enforcement matters, and all phases of litigation. She has extensive experience overseeing the cleanup of contaminated properties from investigation, through remediation, to site closure, and is fully versed in the regulatory and technical aspects of a complex site. Reichhart advises potentially responsible parties (PRPs), real estate developers and landowners in developing strategies and managing the investigation and redevelopment of contaminated properties and addressing complex environmental compliance issues. She also has extensive experience in challenging administrative determinations and defending enforcement actions before New York state agencies.
