The investment supported a management-led buyout of the company’s previous majority shareholder and included growth capital to support Seedbox’s future expansion. 

Founded in 2014, Seedbox provides reusable bulk seed boxes distributed globally, with major facilities in Good Hope, Illinois, and Shenandoah, Iowa. The company operates service centers across the Midwest to streamline integration with seed producers’ supply chains.
