Bio

Ms. Ha focuses her practice on banking and financial transactions representing financial organizations in complex structured finance transactions, including affordable housing and historic tax credit projects. Her affordable housing experience includes bond purchases and credit enhancements for tax-exempt bond transactions.

Ms. Ha also has experience handling secured transactions that involve asset-based and commercial real estate financing, revolving credit facilities, mezzanine loans, and loan participations and syndications.
