In its latest display of growth and upward trajectory, Lippes Mathias today announced the relocation of its Rochester office to a larger, 7,477-square-foot office at 350 Linden Oaks Dr. The move comes less than two years after the firm’s initial foray into the region in October 2021.

The new space, which can comfortably house 13 attorneys and 10 staff members, offers a significant upgrade from the Rochester office’s previous space, which was limited to only 12 total employees. The decision to build on its Rochester presence adds to the firm’s national footprint, which now boasts 14 total offices, including its Clarence, Cleveland, and Saratoga Springs offices, which were all opened in 2023.

Several of the firm’s practice teams, including banking & financial transactions, brownfield & superfund cleanup and redevelopment, and insurance recovery, counseling & litigation, have played an instrumental role in driving the office’s growth and solidifying roots in the region.  

The once one-man Rochester office that opened with partner Michael R. Overmyer has flourished sevenfold, boasting a roster that includes attorneys Megan N. Ha, David M. Knapp, Matthew V. Paris, Kevin T. Merriman, Amy L. Reichhart, and Alexis B. Telga, plus eight full-time staff members.
