Mr. Overmyer concentrates his practice in the area of banking and financial services representing financial organizations in complex structured finance transactions, including for affordable housing and historic tax credit projects. His affordable housing transaction experience includes bond purchases and credit enhancements for tax-exempt bond transactions. 

Mr. Overmyer also has experience handling secured transactions that involve asset-based and commercial real estate financing, revolving credit facilities, mezzanine loans, and loan participations and syndications. He also represents commercial lenders in public finance transactions.
