Sean is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Private Equity Practice Teams, focusing his practice in the area of mergers and acquisitions, fund formations and investments, venture capital investments, various private equity transactions (including co-investments, venture financings, and cross-border deals), complex corporate structuring — including QSBS and Qualified Opportunity Zone Investments — and other general corporate matters. He also often acts as U.S. counsel to non-U.S. clients on their U.S. private equity or acquisition transactions. Sean has negotiated and closed over 100 transactions in his career and prides himself on providing clients with pragmatic legal advice that allows them to mitigate risk and get deals done.
