Former Assistant U.S. Attorney Scott S. Allen, Jr. Joins Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP

BUFFALO, NY – Former Assistant United States Attorney Scott S. Allen, Jr. has joined Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP as a senior associate focusing his practice on government investigations and compliance matters.
As a federal prosecutor, Mr. Allen oversaw white-collar fraud, child exploitation, and narcotics investigations and prosecuted federal felonies in the Western District of New York. He also served as a prosecutor in the United States Marines Corps, and continues to serve as a Captain in the Marine Corps Reserves. In both roles, Mr. Allen has logged hundreds of hours in federal and military courts at all stages of a criminal case.
Mr. Allen received his J.D., from University of Maryland School of Law, a M.B.A. from University at Buffalo, and a B.S. from State University of New York, College at Geneseo. He is an active volunteer with Friends of the Night People.
