JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Lippes Mathias is pleased to announce the addition of Jeffrey W. Kempf as counsel in its Jacksonville, Fla. office. Jeffrey will join the firm’s real estate and private equity practice teams, advising buyers, sellers, and third parties through all phases of large-scale and often complex transactional matters. Jeffrey is well-experienced in entity formation, conversions, and dissolutions and regularly drafts and reviews purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other contractual documents. Jeffrey also advises clients on matters associated with asset protection, wealth transfer, and business succession planning.

Jeffrey received both his J.D. and his LL.M. in tax law from the University of Miami School of Law and graduated from the University of Idaho with his B.S. in accounting and finance. An active member of Northeast Florida’s legal community, Jeffrey serves as co-chair of the St. John’s County Bar Association.
