Lippes Mathias is pleased to announce the addition of two new associate attorneys, Christopher J. Kolber and Anthony J. Masse, to its Buffalo office. Kolber joins the firm’s corporate, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions teams, while Masse has joined the firm’s litigation practice team. 

Masse focuses his practice on commercial, governmental, and real property litigation. He assists clients with a broad range of litigation matters, providing guidance and support throughout all phases of litigation. Masse earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2023 and holds a B.A. from the University at Buffalo, obtained in 2019. 

Christopher J. Kolber is a member of the firm’s corporate, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions teams. Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Kolber gained substantial experience in various areas of corporate law, assisting businesses, governmental entities, and not-for-profit organizations with corporate formation, governance, compliance, and contract management. Additionally, Kolber has experience as a commercial litigator, having managed complex business and commercial litigation cases. During his time at the University at Buffalo School of Law, Kolber participated in the Buffalo Bills Stadium Project Practicum and the New York City Program on Finance and Law. He earned his J.D., cum laude, in 2023 and his B.F.A., summa cum laude, from the University at Buffalo School of Management in 2020.
