Mr. Kolber is a member of the firm’s Corporate, Private Equity, Independent Sponsor, and Mergers and Acquisitions teams. CJ is heavily involved in M&A diligence and deal documents for our private equity and independent sponsor clients. 

Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Mr. Kolber gained experience in many areas of corporate law, where he assisted businesses, governmental entities, and not-for-profit organizations with a broad range of matters, including formation and corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters, and the preparation and review of various agreements and contracts. 
 
Additionally, Mr. Kolber gained experience as a commercial litigator, managing complex business and commercial cases through all stages of litigation by preparing pleadings, motions, memoranda, and settlement and trial submissions. 
 
During his time at UB, Christopher participated in the Buffalo Bills Stadium Project Practicum, where he supported Erie County in their stadium negotiations with the Bills. Mr. Kolber also gained corporate law experience when he participated in UB’s New York City Program on Finance and Law, where he externed at a large law firm in Manhattan, focusing on Financial Markets and Regulations.
