BUFFALO, NY – John A. Mueller, a partner at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, is serving as the designated representative of the Upstate New York Chapter at the upcoming Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Annual Conference, October 23-25, 2017 in Fort Worth, TX. Mr. Mueller currently serves as an Advisory Board member of TMA’s Upstate New York Chapter.

TMA is a global non-profit organization comprised of turnaround and corporate renewal professionals with more than 8,300 members in 55 chapters including 32 in North America. The Upstate New York Chapter covers all of upstate New York north of Westchester County and has approximately 100 members.

At Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman, Mr. Mueller serves as co-leader of the firm’s Financial Reorganization, Restructuring, and Insolvency practice team. He also handles commercial litigation matters in the state and federal bankruptcy courts involving small and large businesses, professional service providers and financial institutions.
