BUFFALO, NY – James P. Blenk, an attorney at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, participated in the Bar Association of Erie County’s upcoming seminar regarding the City of Buffalo 2020 Tax Assessment Revaluation Program.  The seminar took place on November 15. 

Mr. Blenk presented “The Basics”, covering the topics of full value assessments, equalization rates, and both taxable status and valuation dates.
