Tessa R. Scott Appointed to the Visually Impaired Advancement Board of Directors

BUFFALO, N.Y. – Lippes Mathias today announced that Tessa R. Scott, senior associate and co-leader of the firm’s electronically stored information practice team, has been appointed to the Visually Impaired Advancement (VIA) Board of Directors. 

Tessa focuses her practice on commercial and general litigation across a diverse range of industries. Her practice involves both prosecution and defense of civil matters in New York, Massachusetts as well as across the country in Federal courts. Tessa serves as team co-leader for the firm’s electronically stored information practice, where she coordinates large-scale projects involving the analysis and production of electronically stored information.
