Ms. Scott focuses her practice on commercial and general litigation across a diverse range of industries. Her practice involves both prosecution and defense of civil matters in New York, Massachusetts as well as across the country in Federal courts. Ms. Scott serves as Team Co-Leader for the firm’s Electronically Stored Information practice, where she coordinates large-scale projects involving the analysis and production of electronically stored information. 

Ms. Scott is also a member of the firm’s Asset Receivable Management & Consumer Financial Services team where she defends creditors against claims involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other consumer protection statutes. She also has significant experience with insurance litigation defense, including premises liability in residential, commercial and municipal arenas.
