Bio
Mr. Little, a Partner with Lippes Mathias, is one of the leaders of the Litigation Team and is the firm’s Consumer Financial Services Litigation Practice Team Leader. He focuses his practice on a wide range of commercial and business litigation matters, including contractual disputes, issues raised by federal and state regulatory agencies, shareholder derivative actions, business divorces, claims asserted pursuant to the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, and real property litigation.
Additionally, Mr. Little devotes a significant amount of his time to traveling the country defending creditors and other financial institutions against individual and class claims that his clients have violated, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Prior to joining Lippes Mathias in 2009, Mr. Little was an associate attorney with Paul William Beltz PC, where he represented clients in personal injury matters. In his new practice, he continues to successfully represent the interest of individuals who have suffered serious injuries as the result of the actions or negligence of others.
