Mr. Olek is an attorney with the firm’s Corporate Practice Team. He provides counsel to clients on a variety of business matters, including business structuring and reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, financing and capital investment, and business succession planning. He also regularly provides counsel to clients on franchise law, representing both franchisors and franchisees.

Mr. Olek is also a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Team, where he counsels clients on a variety of issues related to intellectual property rights, including trademark and brand protection, copyright protection, licensing, software development and software as a service (SaaS) agreements, and website and mobile app privacy policies and terms of use. Mr. Olek advises clients on intellectual property matters related to emerging technologies such as NFTs and artificial intelligence, and is team leader of the firm’s Artificial Intelligence Practice Team.
