When instructing U.S. trademark applications, many applicants from outside the United States or their counsel are not aware of certain pitfalls and issues. Some of these are specific to the trademark application process and can cause their applications to be refused, to take longer than needed, or to be more costly than is necessary. Others fall beyond the bounds of U.S. trademark law and even beyond U.S. intellectual property laws.
There will be two sessions of this webinar to accommodate different time zones. The first will be from 9-10 AM EST, and the second will be from 4-5 PM EST, both on November 7. The content of each webinar will be the same, so you only need to attend one session.
Register for the 9 AM EST Session
