Helen Atter brings an extensive amount of private and corporate counsel experience to Lippes Mathias, after serving in various executive positions with the PGA Tour, including Associate General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Compliance. She then served as General Counsel, Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs at World Golf Foundation. Before joining the PGA Tour, Helen served as Branch Counsel and Vice President of First American Title Company of Florida Inc., managing underwriting and commercial closings at state and local levels. 

During her tenure at the PGA Tour and World Golf Foundation, Helen handled a broad range of complex and specialized issues inherent in the sports industry, including corporate, employment, real estate, intellectual property, licensing, and contract matters. In addition to her experience in the sports sector, she focuses on corporate and business law, assisting individuals and companies in business formation, corporate transactions, branding, and intellectual property issues.
