Kennedy Farr

Kennedy Farr focuses her practice on providing corporate and regulatory counsel to health care providers, including health systems, hospitals, medical groups, diagnostic laboratories, and individual practitioners. She regularly assists in the formation and organization of health care affiliations and collaborations, including advising national telehealth networks, management services organizations, and professional corporations on state licensure and corporate practice of medicine issues. 

Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Kennedy was an associate at BDO USA where her work in the area of on state and local tax (SALT) compliance included conducting state tax nexus studies and guiding clients through voluntary disclosure agreement programs across various states.
