Kristin Frank is an attorney with Lippes Mathias’ Public Sector Labor Team, focusing her practice on representing public sector labor unions. 
  
Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Kristin worked for over a decade in New York State Government and politics.  
  
Most recently, Kristin served as Chief Counsel to the Senate Republican Conference. In this role, Kristin provided both legislative and legal counsel and oversaw the day to day operations of the Conference while managing a team of attorneys and analysts, responsible for policy development, drafting and negotiating movement of legislation, committee and floor operations, and litigation.   
  
Prior to serving as Chief Counsel, Kristin held the positions of Legislative Director and Counsel within the State Senate and Assembly where she worked on significant legislation in multiple policy areas, including Education, Environmental, and Public Safety.
