Bio
Meghann is a member of Lippes Mathias’ Litigation Practice Team, where she handles a wide range of legal matters, including medical, dental, and podiatric malpractice; nursing home negligence; product liability; municipal law; personal injury; civil rights; general liability; contract disputes; and commercial litigation. She also represents clients in professional licensing disputes before New York State agencies. Meghann manages all phases of litigation, from initial case development to trial and appeal.
In addition to her litigation work, Meghann advises health care and human service providers on regulatory, compliance, enforcement, litigation, and corporate matters. Her clients include skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and independent senior housing, home care agencies, clinics, medical transportation providers, pharmacies, and other health care professionals. She regularly interprets, negotiates, and drafts agreements and service documentation for health care providers.
Meghann also represents municipalities, municipal agencies, and school districts in litigation, civil rights claims, and Article 7 Tax Certiorari matters.
