Ms. Bonsu focuses her practice on securities, private equity, venture capital, general corporate law and a broad range of business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions and independent sponsor transactions. Her experience includes preparing SEC filings, (De-) SPAC transactions, and advising (domestic) public companies as well as foreign private issuers on securities matters. She currently serves as the Co-Chair of the International Private Equity & Venture Capital Committee of the ABA International Law Section and has made numerous appearances as a legal analyst on international news channels such as BBC.
