Mr. Rychlicki is the Chief Financial Officer at Lippes Mathias LLP, where he oversees the accounting functions for all the firm's offices to ensure proper accounting procedures are adhered to. He provides critical financial information to the Executive Committee allowing them to make educated and informed decisions, and prepares and analyzes various business models for new acquisitions or mergers. Additionally, he coordinates/manages budgetary planning, cost management, and forecasting in line with the firm’s strategic plan of profitability and growth.
