Ms. Steinmann is an Associate in the firm’s Health Law and Israel-U.S. Cross Border Practice Teams. In her healthcare practice, Ms. Steinmann counsels healthcare-related businesses and their professional owners regarding operational, transactional and compliance matters. 

Prior to joining Lippes Mathias, Ms. Steinmann gained experience at a Syracuse-based firm, CCB Law, where she was involved in the representation of physicians, nurse practitioners, and other licensed practitioners. 

While in law school, Ms. Steinmann earned a Certificate in Transactional Law and Skills and was a competitive member and student coach of the Transactional Negotiations Team. She and her partner were Finalists in the LawMeets® 2020 M&A Boot Camp and winners of the competition’s Best Draft Award. Ms. Steinmann also ranked in the top ten percent of her class as an oralist in Legal Advocacy.
