The Supreme Courtʼs decisions in SFFA v. Harvard and SFFA v. University of North Carolina effectively ended race-based affirmative action in higher education, and have wide-ranging implications for diversity efforts in employment and beyond. How can we continue to build a diverse legal community in this uncertain landscape?
Join Canisius College President Steve Stoute and Crystal Rodriguez-Dabney, Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer for Roswell Park, for a frank discussion about the personal and practical implications for people of color, employers, schools, and diversity programs.
This candid conversation and reception is open to registered employers and sponsors of the Empire State Legal Diversity Career Fair and their guests to express our appreciation for your ongoing commitment to diversity in the legal profession and beyond. Drinks and light refreshments will be served.
