In addition to her experience in the sports sector, she focuses on corporate and business law, assisting individuals and companies in business formation, corporate transactions, branding, and intellectual property issues.

Kevin T. Merriman counsels corporate and institutional clients in a broad range of risk and insurance issues, providing detailed insurance coverage analyses, and working collaboratively with brokers and insurers to meet clients’ business and insurance objectives. As a problem-solver, he provides thoughtful strategic analyses and practical insights to optimize coverage and minimize disputes.

Vincent M.
