Lippes Mathias is pleased to share that it has been named as one of Buffalo Business First’s 2025 Best Places to Work in the Large Companies category. Best Places to Work recognizes companies in Western New York that provide exceptional work environments for their employees.  

Companies were ranked according to their overall score on a Quantum Workplace survey completed by employees, which was calculated by compiling raw data from the questions on a one to six scale (strongly disagree to strongly agree) to find an average score that was then indexed to a 100-point scale. The total number of survey responses was also factored into the overall score. Winners are chosen 100% based on the results of the survey and, in essence, by the employees themselves. 

The work environment at Lippes Mathias was most commonly described as “supportive” according to the results of the Best Places to Work survey.
