Lisa G. Decker is the Chief People Officer at Lippes Mathias. She is responsible for the overall human resources management and administrative functions for all our locations which includes employee relations, policy management, performance evaluations, and benefit administration.
Ms. Decker brings more than 20 years of finance, office administration, and human resources experience to Lippes Mathias.
